You won't need to spend much time poring over the menu at Bunsen, the burger bar which Tom Gleeson has just opened on Wexford Street in Dublin. There are hamburgers and cheeseburgers for €7 and €7.50 respectively, fries for €3, sodas for €2 and milkshakes for €4.50, and that's pretty much it. But the ingredients Gleeson is using, as well as his culinary background, make these burgers worth travelling for.
