Sweet treats without the gluten

Sinead Vaughan's diagnosis with coeliac disease in late 2009 couldn't have come at a worse time - she was just a few weeks into a course in baking and pastry at the Dublin Institute of Technology. Instead of switching career paths, Vaughan instead immersed herself in the world of gluten-free baking, and last week officially launched her new bakery, Antoinette's, on Kevin Street in Dublin city centre.
