Richard Corrigan, Rory O’Connell and Evan Doyle are among the chefs who’ll be in Kells in Co Meath on July 5 and 6 for the Hay Festival.
For the first time this year, the arts and culture festival will feature a food tent, and the tent’s programme has been put together by Olivia Duff, a Fáilte Ireland food ambassador and the owner of the Headfort Arms Hotel.
