Former Green Party minister Mary White (right) has decided to forage for food instead of votes with her new company, Blackstairs Eco Trails.

White, who lives on Mount Leinster, is offering two-hour walks with refreshments at the start and an old-fashioned high tea at the end for €35 per person, or €25 each for people in groups of ten or more.
