Kilkenny has added another string to its culinary bow with the opening of Strathams Bar &Grill at the four-star Pembroke Hotel in the city centre. The cosmopolitan eatery is led by executive head chef Chris Farrell, formerly the head chef at Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Mount Juliet in Kilkenny, Inchidoney Island Hotel and the Killarney Park Hotel.
