Taking a big Bite of Dublin

Brian Spollen, Anthony Mooney and Malcolm Starmer, whose restaurant Bite on South Frederick Street in Dublin has been packing them in since it opened in April, are expanding. The trio will shortly sign a deal for premises just off Grafton Street, where they will open Bite Canteen early next year.
