Tunisian orange cake, fruit tiramisu with limoncello cream, and brioche with Sicilian orange blossom honey are among the treats on the menu next weekend at Il Valentino, the Italian bakery on Gallery Quay in the Dublin docklands.
Owners Tom and Valentina Doorly have been running special winter weekend-themed events since October, and next weekend it's the turn of cakes and breads made using oranges and lemons.
