Ambitious pastry chefs have until this Friday, May 7, to enter the 2010 Valrhona Patisserie competition, in which they will have to create a plated dessert using Valrhona products of their choice under the theme ‘Textures’. Entry to the competition is by written submission and six finalists will compete in DIT Cathal Brugha Street at the beginning of June.

The winner will receive a three-day training course in l’Ecole du Grand Chocolat...
