Bill will reveal hidden secrets

The imminent Finance Bill will put meat on the bones of some of the proposals announced in Budget 2013. We already know that the most recent budget took about €3.5 billion out of the economy via a combination of tax measures and spending cuts. But there are still some blanks to be filled in about how exactly some of the changes will work.
