It's the last day of business for Bewley's Oriental Cafe, and Bill Cullen admits that he nipped into the Grafton Street outlet earlier this morning for a cup of tea before his meeting.

An early riser, Cullen, 62, arrives at his Kylemore Road headquarters at 5am every day, and returns to his home in Kildare at about 4pm, avoiding the peak-hour traffic.
