Big-ticket property sales in Dublin last year reached a total value of €528 million, marking a leap of 62 per cent from 2012.

Big-ticket property sales in Dublin last year reached a total value of €528 million, marking a leap of 62 per cent from 2012.

Using data from the Revenue Commissioners, the Property Price Register indicated that at least 194 of the capital's 8,053 property transactions involved sums of €1 million or more.
