Property developers expect offers for the 4.84-acre Jurys Doyle hotel site in Ballsbridge in Dublin 4 significantly to exceed the guide price of €150 million, when tenders are submitted tomorrow.

Jurys Doyle is selling off the site occupied by the Towers and Jurys Ballsbridge hotels, but will retain the Berkeley Court and develop a new hotel on that land.
