Bank of Ireland Asset Management (BIAM), acting on behalf of Bank of Ireland Life, has bought Cobbetts House, a newly-developed office block at 58 Mosley Street in the heart of Manchester, from Anglo Irish Private Bank and Alanis, the property development company owned by the McCormack family and others.

The office block is let in its entirety to Cobbetts Solicitors, a substantial British law firm on a full repairing and insuring lease until December 2026.
