Beaumont Hospital is the second largest in the state with 820 beds and over 3,000 staff. As well as 54 medical specialties it is the National Referral Centre for Neurosurgery and Neurology, Renal Transplantation and Cochlear Implantation. It also runs St Joseph's Hospital in Raheny.
