Bespoke hotel investment pays off

Irish developer Bespoke Developments has invested more than €10 million in two new hotels in Co Clare.

Irish developer Bespoke Developments has invested more than €10 million in two new hotels in Co Clare. Tir Gan Ean House Hotel opened earlier this month in the village of Doolin at a cost of €8 million.

Set on a 2.5-acre site in the Burren, Tir Gan Ean has 12 bedrooms, a 100 square metre restaurant and a residents bar and lounge. The development also has 16 three-bedroom holiday homes, which will be marketed by Trident Holiday Homes.
