After a number of years working for others, psychologist Niamh Hannan decided it was time to work for herself, establishing her own company, MindWorks.

The firm, run by Hannan and business partner Billy O’Leary, describes itself as ‘‘the human potential consultancy’’. It works mainly with businesses to change the attitudes of their employees and help them to change their businesses in the process.
