Belfast software firm Lagan has won a stg£450,000 (€650,000) deal with Gateshead Council in Britain to implement its Frontline Citizen Relation Management (CRM) solution.
Belfast software firm Lagan has won a stg£450,000 (€650,000) deal with Gateshead Council in Britain to implement its Frontline Citizen Relation Management (CRM) solution.
The aim of the system, which will go live in the spring, is to enable quicker and easier interaction between the council and local citizens.
