Helped by strong beef sales, Irish food and drink exports have grown in value by over eight per cent, or €370 million, to €4.7 billion in the first six months of the year, according to Bord Bia.
Beef exports were up by 15 per cent or €140 million to almost €1.1 billion, accounting for almost 40 per cent of the total growth.
