Beades fights ACC receivership move

Jerry Beades, the businessman and outspoken critic of Taoiseach Brian Cowen, has taken a High Court action in an bid to prevent ACC Bank from appointing a receiver to one of his firms.

Jerry Beades, the businessman and outspoken critic of Taoiseach Brian Cowen, has taken a High Court action in an bid to prevent ACC Bank from appointing a receiver to one of his firms.

Beades, who is a member of the Fianna Fáil national executive, is seeking an injunction to prevent ACC from appointing a receiver over his Fairlee Properties.
