Management at the Building and Allied Trades Union (Batu) will tomorrow ask the High Court to lift an order freezing the union’s accounts and assets.

The freezing order was granted to three of the four trustees of Batu last month, but is being challenged by the fourth trustee, union general secretary Paddy O’Shaughnessy.
