Low-key development firm Barina Construction owned land worth almost €130 million at the end of April last year, according to new accounts.

Barina’s developments include Station Point at Clongriffin in Dublin 13, and it recently applied for permission to build 460 apartments in Whitehall in Dublin 9.The firm is owned by Niall and Michael Langan, and its board is made up of Niall, Michael, Adrian and Lorraine Langan.
