Bank of Ireland and other lenders are set to take a massive hit on a combined €200million exposure to Landmark Enterprises, the property company behind Dublin’s Beacon South Quarter development.

Bank of Ireland appointed a receiver over the company nine days ago to shore up its position.

Official documents seen by The Sunday Business Post showed that the company’s lenders were owed more than €200 million.
