A bank in east Africa has ordered the sale of the home of a Kilkenny businessman who failed to pay back a business loan of more than three quarters of a million dollars.

A bank in east Africa has ordered the sale of the home of a Kilkenny businessman who failed to pay back a business loan of more than three quarters of a million dollars.

The Commercial Division of the High Court of Tanzania ordered the sale of the home of Reginald Nolan to settle a decree for $758,656 in favour of Stanbic Bank of Tanzania.
