Bank of Scotland appoints receiver over 100 Irish properties

Bank of Scotland (Ireland) has moved to appoint a receiver over more than 100 properties, mainly based in Limerick, with a combined worth in excess of €15 million.

Bank of Scotland (Ireland) has moved to appoint a receiver over more than 100 properties, mainly based in Limerick, with a combined worth in excess of €15 million.

Michael Hogan of Capital Assets was appointed receiver by Bank of Scotland (Ireland) over two property firms related to Paul O'Brien, BQ Investments and Princeavon Investments. Hogan was also appointed as receiver over assets of Ballysimon Containers, which is owned by Ronan Healy.
