Bank of Ireland is set to shake up the credit card market in the coming weeks, with the launch of a new so-called ‘two-in-one’ credit card that will offer customers a lower interest rate than normal when they buy high-value items.

Bank of Ireland is set to shake up the credit card market in the coming weeks, with the launch of a new so-called ‘two-in-one’ credit card that will offer customers a lower interest rate than normal when they buy high-value items.

The new card will be similar to a successful product that the bank launched in Britain two years ago through its joint venture with the post office there.
