Bank of Ireland will this week escalate its protracted legal battle against property investor Brian O'Donnell, with the bank poised to ask the High Court to register personal judgments against O'Donnell, his wife and his two adult sons.
The bank is attempting to bring Blake and Bruce O'Donnell into the legal action, arguing that they were part of an alleged conspiracy to put assets in London beyond the reach of the bank.
