In a major boost to the suburban office market, Bank of Scotland (Ireland) has agreed in principle to lease an office building of just under 8,000 square metres at the Cherrywood Business Park in south Dublin.
In a major boost to the suburban office market, Bank of Scotland (Ireland) has agreed in principle to lease an office building of just under 8,000 square metres at the Cherrywood Business Park in south Dublin. CBRE acted for both the developer and the bank.
The building will have the capacity to house about 900 people when it is completed in 2010 and is to cater for the significant growth in the bank over the last three years.
