Bang Cafe manager buys Locks restaurant

Locks restaurant on the Grand Canal in Dublin has been bought by the manager of Bang Cafe, which is located near St Stephen’s Green.

Kelvin Rynhart and his wife Teresa Carr bought the leasehold interest on the Portobello property and plan to open a new restaurant early next year. Rynhart and Carr, who are in their 30s, are well known in the restaurant trade and have more than three decades of experience between them.
