The Ballymun Concrete News, a one-man free newspaper circulated to 20,000 homes in north Dublin city, has ceased trading because of poor advertising revenue.

The Ballymun Concrete News, a one-man free newspaper circulated to 20,000 homes in north Dublin city, has ceased trading because of poor advertising revenue. Seamus Kelly, who owned and ran the title for eight years from his Ballymun flat, said the main factor was the ongoing absence of a promised new local shopping centre, which would have been a significant source of revenue.
