Ballymore Properties, the company controlled by developer Sean Mulryan, has unveiled plans for a €235 million joint-venture development in Liverpool.

Ballymore Properties, the company controlled by developer Sean Mulryan, has unveiled plans for a €235 million joint-venture development in Liverpool.

Mulryan's company plans to build a 38-storey residential tower with its partner, Merepark, a Manchester-based developer. The scheme was submitted to planners last week.

If approved, the retail, residential and leisure development, which is to be constructed behind Central Station, will also include a hotel, shops and offices. Ballymore hopes to be starting construction on...
