Ballymore Property, the company owned by property developer Sean Mulryan, is planning to buy more land around its Power Court site in Luton, England.

The company is already planning a retail and residential development in the centre of the town that, when completed, will be roughly double the size of the Liffey Valley shopping centre in west Dublin.
