Roscommon developer Sean Mulryan’s Ballymore Properties has obtained planning permission for thre e major developments in London.

The company is to redevelop the former Pura foods refinery at Leamouth to provide a mixed-use development of just under 180,000 square metres, including 1,837 homes.
