Ballymore Properties is poised to complete the £30 million sale of a prime site in London's docklands earmarked for an eye-catching 46-storey twisting tower.

Ballymore Properties, the Irish property development group, is poised to complete the £30 million (€37 million) sale of a prime site in London's docklands which has been earmarked for an eye-catching 46-storey twisting tower.

Galliard Homes and Frogmore, two veteran London development firms, are reported to be the preferred bidders for the site, which was put up for sale by Ballymore in September.
