BAI to commence investigation into Prime Time programme

The compliance committee of the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland has said it will commence an investigation into the RTÉ Prime Time Investigates programme dealing with Fr. Kevin Reynolds.

The compliance committee of the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) has said it will commence an investigation into the RTÉ Prime Time Investigates programme dealing with Fr. Kevin Reynolds.

The investigation will examine whether the programme breached sub-sections 39(1) (b) and (e) of the Broadcasting Act 2009.
