An Bord Pleanála’s decision to refuse planning permission for developer Sean Dunne’s ambitious plans for the Jury’s Doyle site in the Dublin suburb of Ballsbridge confirms what was already clear. The redevelopment plan will not take place, and Dunne and his bankers will not recoup the €379 million paid for the site.W hile he is going backto the drawing board, it is difficult to see where the project will go from here, without major redesign...
