The author of a highly controversial report on Independent News & Media’s (INM) corporate governance has defended his document describing it as ‘‘constructive criticism’’.

The author of a highly controversial report on Independent News & Media’s (INM) corporate governance has defended his document describing it as ‘‘constructive criticism’’.

Dr Stephen Davis of the Yale School of Management said he had concluded that INM had ‘‘an ambitious corporate agenda with perhaps unnecessary risk in the governance field.”
