Auctions: Leinster auctions raise more than €17m in a week

The latest auction results show the Dublin market continuing to go from strength to strength, writes Donal Buckley.

As much as €17.3 million was generated from the auction of several Dublin houses and five development sites on Wednesday and Thursday of last week. While one site sold for double its AMV, one of the houses sold for less than its AMV and a few houses failed to sell under the hammer.
