Buyers are hungry for commercial property, as top-end Dublin homes fail to sell, reports Donal Buckley

Commercial properties dominated last week’s auction circuit, with 12 of them grossing more than €2.7 million for two different agents. In contrast, two Dublin houses with million-euro-plus AMVs failed to sell under the hammer, but their auctioneers are hopeful of agreeing sales with prospective buyers who made offers after the auctions.
