A Californian tech firm backed by Dublin venture capital fund Atlantic Bridge is being sued by its investors over claims made ahead of its 2012 US stock market flotation.

A Californian technology firm backed by Dublin venture capital fund Atlantic Bridge is being sued by its investors over claims made ahead of its 2012 US stock market flotation.

Envivio, which makes video-compression technology, has had a class action lawsuit filed against it by Manhattan law firm Newman Ferrara on behalf of buyers of the company's shares.

The tech firm is backed by a string of Irish businessmen, including financier Dermot Desmond, telecoms tycoon Denis O'Brien...
