Associated Newspapers faces six High Court legal actions

Six High Court actions have been filed against Associated Newspapers so far this year, the same number as for the whole of 2012. The publishers have already paid out substantial sums in libel damage

Six High Court actions have been filed against Associated Newspapers so far this year, the same number as for the whole of 2012. The publishers have already paid out substantial sums in libel damages and court costs in 2013.

The current actions are by Nathan Mahony, Michael Meegan, Gerry Kearns, John Redmond, William Gleeson and Cormac Lohan.
