Ask Jeeves is likely to expand its Irish-based European headquarters despite a $1.96 billion (€1.5 billion) takeover bid which is currently underway for the internet search engine in the United States.

Ask Jeeves is likely to expand its Irish-based European headquarters despite a $1.96 billion (€1.5 billion) takeover bid which is currently underway for the internet search engine in the United States.

The Ask Jeeves editorial team, which is responsible for its European search engine content, is based in central Dublin and it also hosts its European computer servers and internet operations here.
