ASAI upholds Eircom ad complaints

The Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI) has upheld complaints about an advertisement for Eircom's broadband offering, Broadband Time.

The Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI) has upheld complaints about an advertisement for Eircom's broadband offering, Broadband Time. The ASAI investigated the advertisements earlier this summer, after receiving about 14 complaints alleging that the advertisement was “misleading, confusing and exploitative'‘.
