When Jonathan Daniel Hamm arrived in Hollywood in 1996, the 25-year-old actor came complete with a five-year plan - a very familiar one in Hollywood. If, by the age of 30, he wasn't making a decent living from acting, Hamm was going to head back to his job as a high school drama teacher in St Louis.
