‘I always wanted to set up my own food business,” says Lynne Swarbrigg, founder of Saucy’s.
Starting in her mother’s kitchen in 2005, she now works in a purpose-built unit in Stoneybatter in Dublin.
She makes a range of 30 products, including jams, relishes and sauces. Over the coming months, she intends to introduce a new range of sugar-free jams.
