Bennettsbridge Co Kilkenny Since 1840, the Mosse family have been milling on the banks of the river Nore in Bennettsbridge, Co Kilkenny. Now, the long established family business has received recognition from the Whole Grains Council in the US, which has certified that all its bread products are made with 100 per cent wholegrain flour.
