The lamb chop, a firm favourite of traditional Irish cuisine, has received a makeover at a north Dublin farm.
Padraic and Brid McMahon of Fieldstown Farm, situated between Swords and Ashbourne, Co Meath, rear and sell freerange lamb. They present the meat to customers boxed, with each box containing either a whole or half lamb, depending on the customer’s preference.
