Art deco luxury on historic site

High rollers seeking a base close to Heathrow, London city centre and numerous sporting facilities are the target market for the developers of Charters, a restored art deco mansion on 25 acres of parkland near Sunninghill in Berkshire.

When complete in September 2007, the scheme will include 34 very large two and three-bedroom apartments, six of which will be located in the original house and the remainder in two newly built adjoining blocks.
