An 1930s Art Deco residence on Woodside Drive in Rathfarnham is likely to attract strong interest when it goes under the hammer on May 28.

Douglas Newman Good is quoting an advised minimum value of €1.9 million for number 15, which has full planning permission for an extension to the side and rear which would double its size.
