Arrow points to price increase

Mid-market and top-end second-hand sales in west Dublin remained strong throughout 2004, but at the lower end of the market, starter home prices in parts of Clonee and Lucan stagnated.

According to Jim Flynn of Flynn & Associates Real Estate Alliance, proximity to the Arrow train service had a visible impact on property prices in some key Dublin west locations.
