A company owned by Sam Stephenson, one of Ireland's best-known architects, has been wound up owing about €500,000 to creditors, including the Revenue Commissioners.
Stephenson Architecture Engineering, which traded as Sam Stephenson and Company, was wound up at a creditors' meeting last Thursday.
The directors are listed as Stephenson and his son, Sam Stephenson Junior. The company has an address at Leixlip in County Kildare.
